The 2020 holiday season is on track to be the busiest in shipping history. Carriers are preparing for shipping delays throughout the holidays. We recommend placing orders early to avoid late deliveries.
While we’re still able to process and ship orders per the items availability, we’re unable to control deliveries once they ship from our store and drop ship warehouse. However, that doesn’t mean your order is at risk. It just means there is a potential it could take a little longer than usual to arrive at your home or shipping destination.
While carriers continue to deal with a higher-than-normal volume in online orders, a less staff due to COVID restrictions, you should expect multi-day delays. We always provide tracking information to the email you submitted in your order, so you can monitor your orders throughout the process. If you do not see an email, please check your spam.
