As you read and consider the below regarding order shipping terms and conditions, please know that if anything arises we will do our best to work with you given the situation. We are a small but growing company and are open minded to productive feedback on how we can better serve you. Freight Delivery

We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. For items that are too large to be delivered via a FedEx truck, we partnered with a carrier specializing in the transportation and delivery of Large Parcel freight so you can be rest assured that your order is being handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse. 


In order to keep your shipping costs as affordable as possible, we have contracted for the shipping method, Garage/Car port/Outside Front Door Drop-Off. NO INSIDE DELIVERY!


Our Front Door Drop-Off service offers an extra set of hands. A skilled delivery service member will unload the item(s) from the semi-truck via a lift gate if needed and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We highly advise that you have an extra pair of hands available to help you and the driver on the day of your delivery depending on the size and weight of your item or difficulty of your driveway, etc. 


  • Appointment Scheduling: You will be notified of your delivery date and 4-hour appointment window via phone call once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. The delivery terminal's contact information will be included in case you need to reschedule your delivery.
  • Inside Delivery: NO
  • Signature Required: YES. You are required to be present to accept the delivery.
  • Packaging Removal Included: NO
  • Assembly Service Included: NO


The day your item ships from Carolina Pine Country Store you will receive a tracking number so you can track your item across the country. However don’t worry, they won’t show up without an appointment. Additionally a member from Carolina Pine will contact you to let you know your item has shipped and let you know any other details that might be necessary for your order. Equally, always feel welcome to call at any time if there is anything we can assist you with during the process. We are here for you.


Order Confirmation Agreement

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the billing email address given by you during checkout. IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR PRODUCT WITH OUR MANUFACTURERS, YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED THE BALANCE OF YOUR SALES ORDER AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. If paying in full to reserve your items and start the logistics process of it shipping to your home is not of preference, we offer a "Pay Later" option however please know it's a first come first served when the trucks arrive. If upon placing your order online, you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us immediately at 919-947-5112. Upon receiving your order confirmation via email please review all aspects of the order for data accuracy; you have 24 hours from the time you receive the order confirmation to make any correction to the items listed on the order. If after the 24 hours you wish the items on the order changed, we will attempt to make the change with the manufacturer, if the order cannot be changed with the manufacturer, there will be a restocking fee charged. Orders should not be considered changed, unless you receive from Carolina Pine Country Store LLC, a confirmation email outlining the changes you requested, which you will only receive upon our verification with the manufacturer that the order has been changed. Upon receiving this email confirmation, we kind ask that you reply to the change so that we know you received verification of the changes.



Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii & USA Islands


We are currently limited by what we can ship. If it can fit in a USPS flat rate and it's in stock, we can ship it. We can NOT ship freight items. However if you would still like an item we provide, we can let you know our contracted shipping rates to your location for the item and still send if you prefer. Please call Customer Service at 919-947-5112 for these rates to Alaska and Hawaii.  



Tracking Your Order


Tracking Information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the information is available on the carrier’s website.



Multiple Shipments


If you have a large order and one item is going to cause a delay or is backordered, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the extra shipment(s).



Shipping Backorders


Sometimes an IN-STOCK item may actually be OUT OF STOCK (sometimes an item may sell out before we've had a chance to update the web-site)


Carolina Pine Country Store is proud to boast and excellent fill rate. We stock most of our inventory, but occasionally some items are unavailable and we must backorder them from other various warehouses across the country or source them directly from the manufacturers. Carolina Pine Country Store will make every effort to ship orders complete. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If the item was with a larger order there will be no freight charge (you only pay freight once). If the item is no longer available we will do our best to notify you immediately.


Carolina Pine Country Store does it's best to ship out products in a timely manner, but we reserve the right to backorder or cancel orders at any time for any reason. You will be notified via email if part or all of your order is back ordered more than 4 weeks.


Carolina Pine Country Store will in no way be responsible for losses by customer due to scheduling of electricians, contractors, or other professional installation.

We agree that beautiful packaging is nice and sends a statement, however having a beautiful and healthy world for our children and our children's children to grow up in sends a bigger statement! Therefore in our efforts to be a green company, we recycle as much as possible. With that we reuse quality shipping boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper etc and hope that you'll do the same.



Sales Tax


Carolina Pine Country Store is a registered corporation in the State of North Carolina and is responsible for collecting 6.75% state sales tax on all orders shipped within the state. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped within the state of North Carolina.

Gift Cards


e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at and are not redeemable for cash except to the extent required by law. e-Gift Cards are "virtual" and are sent to the recipient by email. The order requires an email address for the recipient. A shipping address is not necessary. If multiple e-Gift Cards are purchased in one order for a single recipient all the corresponding e-Gift Card codes are sent to the recipient in one email. Each e-Gift Card has a unique code, which can be redeemed by only one customer during checkout. If you use your e-Gift Card for a purchase and do not exhaust the balance then the difference will be available for future purchases.
